Rae did a wonderful job. There were one or two instances where some quick communication through text message would have assuaged some anxiety on our end. But, for the majority of the time, she struck a great balance between what to share and what not to share, as to help us maintain focus on priority issues like financing by avoiding dragging us into some of the more challenging aspects of the negotiation process i.e. inclusion of appliances in the purchase. I will recommend Rae to any of my friends and family looking to purchase a home in Berks County. Closing day threw me for a bit, though: We were not expecting to see the sellers during the walk through; additionally, based on the first time home buyer training and anecdotal examples, I was not expecting to have the sellers across the table during the signature process. If this process customary for Berkshire's title company, I would suggest that its realtors communicate it going forward. - Chris

Rae Wheelan is the ultimate professional realtor. She is knowledgeable, honest, kind, friendly, and truly cares about her clients. My family has worked with Rae on three separate transactions and all of them were handled with the expertise a buyer and/or seller needs.
